As a pre-poo: Section hair into 6 sections. Apply 2-3 dropperfuls of oil to each section and massage for 30 seconds.
Daily Use: First moisturize hair with water, apply 1-3 dropperfuls to scalp, hair and ends, twice daily. Massage 1 minute.
