Due to the nature of our products, including fresh foods, beverages, herbal products, and consumable supplements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped or delivered.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective order, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Packages that are insured, will be handled accordingly.
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, taste, expectations, or individual results.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed once and item is shipped.
Refunds
All sales are final! There are no refunds unless additional insurance was purchased.
