Many of our products are handmade, fresh, and may require special handling. Because of the nature of our products, proper storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers should follow all storage instructions provided with their purchase. Failure to properly store products after delivery may affect product quality and freshness.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within the timeframe listed in our return/refund policy and provide any requested documentation, including photos of the package and product.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failure to retrieve delivered packages. We do offer additional insurance for situations as this!
