About Me

           Born and raised from a small city in Abbeville, Louisiana, I am a wife and a mother first! But first and foremost thank you so much for your purchase and supporting my small business! I greatly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!   I retired after 21 years as a Disabled Army Veteran specializing in Human Resources Management whereas, I also earned my BA Degree in HR with Columbia Southern University and proceeded on to earning my MBA in Human Resources Management & Leadership Development with Louisiana State University (LSU). #GeauxTigers

            I believe that motivation is a significant forecaster of success. Being highly motivated does not only ensure total preparation, but will, in turn, ensure maximum performance and results. While some people are essentially motivated by the opportunity to help others or “make the world a better place”, my motivation comes from a place of strength and comfort that is supported by faith in God, my ancestors, my family, my Team leaders and my own personal team. What motivates me the most as an Entrepreneur, is the impact whether good or bad that I have on the people that I come in contact day to day.

            My ability to persevere in the face of demanding business challenges starts with being resilient. Being resilient to me means having perseverance, strength and courage. Some situations require perseverance while others require the ability to adjust our approach to achieve the objective. Another factor in that I adopted to persevere in the face of demanding economic challenges, is the ability to be flexible. Being flexible allows us to be open to change and the ability to adapt and adjust continuously to ever changing circumstances; especially during these times when this pandemic has already taken so much from us.

It is a space created where we don’t have to apologize for recognizing that we need to create peace not only in our minds, but in our bodies, souls, and as well as our spirits and we should not have to apologize for exploring those avenues for which we want to create a space of peace, serenity and comfort in each of these areas.   On a physical level, we offer, health products are all natural, vegan friendly and plant based!
